In the last few days, Ford Motor Company has issued a major security warning for three Bronco SUV trains of its 2024 and 2025 models. The thing is that a serious problem has been found in the suspension system of these trains. The front lower control arm may be separated from the car frame, which may deteriorate the balance of the vehicle and increases the risk of accident. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), the problem occurred due to human mistake in the factory. Ford is now busy fixing this issue as soon as possible.
Actually, this recall started when Ford came to know that these vehicles did not give the correct results in the alignment test in the factory. A NHTSA report states that instead of re-checking these vehicles with an automatic machine, a "quality leadership system operator" passed them by hand. Due to this lapse, four Bronco vehicles suspected of being bolts being loose, one of which was already corrected. Now the owners of the remaining three trains are contacting through Ford phones, email or post. The company has clearly stated that these trains should not run at the moment.

Ford is taking the matter very seriously. The company has promised that these three trains will be touched for free even D.Wap. There the technician will check the control arm bolts and will tighten or replace them when needed. Ford also told that these vehicles were not made in the order of V in (vehicle identity number), so the owners are being directly informed. The good thing is that till April 30, 2025, there was no news of any accident or injury due to this problem. Nevertheless, Ford does not want to take any risk.
Although this recall is only three trains, it is one of Ford's recent recall reports. In the last few months, the company has recalled for problems like Bronco and other trains for problems like rearview camera, seat belt and fuel injector. Even though the number of vehicles is low this time, it questions Ford's quality check process. Some experts believe that to avoid such mistakes, you have to rely more on the automatic system. Ford has asked the customers to talk to the company's customer care number 1-866-436-7332 for more information by referring to the recall number 25s40.

Finally, Ford's step shows how important it considers its customers' safety, even if it is only three vehicles. This incident further clears the importance of quality control in the auto industry. Even a small mistake can cause great harm. My advice to the owners of Bronco is to follow Ford's instructions and get their car checked as soon as possible. Ford is not only ensuring safety with this recall, but is also trying to save its trusted image.
