The 2025 Tesla Model S and Model X’s latest updates, which are printed in Car and Driver’s recent news. Tesla has made some great changes in these two flagship trains, which make them even better. So let’s start without late and see what’s new!
The first update is the new color. Tesla has added Frost Blue Paint Option for Model S and Model X. This color gives the car a completely fresh and stylish look. If you want to show your Tesla different from the crowd, this color might be for you. At the same time, there’s no big change in outer design, but this new color is quite attractive for fans.
Now let’s talk the range. The 2025 Model S Long Range Plus can now run up to 410 miles once charged. This is 5 miles more than the previous model. The range of Model X Long Range Plus has also increased to 371 miles. These small enlargements is good for those who go on a long drive and want to avoid charging repeatedly.
Another big change is in the car’s price. Tesla has increased the prices of Model S and Model X $5,000. Now the Model S Long Range Plus is priced at $94,990 and Model X Long Range Plus is $104,990. These increases may be a bit disappointing, but new features and better range probably compensate it. There has been no change in Plaid variants’ prices.

Some improvements have also been made inside the cabin. Tesla says the cabin in the 2025 models is more quiet than ever. They have used new acoustic glass and better insulation, making outside noise less. This is great for drivers who like to drive in peace. At the same time, the quality of the interior also remains the premium as before.
Speaking of performance, Model S Plaid and Model X Plaid are still faster than electricity. Model S Plaid catches speed from 0 to 60 miles per hour in just 1.99 seconds. Model X Plaid can also do this in 2.5 seconds. Their top speed and power have not changed, which are already the best in the industry. Tesla did not tampered with them, and it is good.

Charging and technology also have some small updates. Tesla has improved the software, thereby improving the charging speed and battery management. Moreover, these trains still have the same big touchscreen display, which is fantastic for navigation, gaming and music. Autopilot and Full Self-Driving options are also available as before.
So, do these updates make 2025 Tesla Model S and Model X worth buying? If you want new color, a slightly better range, and a cool cabin, these models might be for you. But the price increase may force some people to think. If you have an old model, it doesn’t seem important to upgrade, because changes aren’t too big.
