Pepo Rosell is considered one of the best custom bike builders in the world. They have their own distinct style that looks very luxurious and also enhances the performance of the bikes. No matter what donor bike he works on, the XTR Pepo always delivers the best.
XTR Pepo's new project is what we're talking about today. Royal Enfield approached Pepo directly to work on their new Guerrilla 450 bike. This bike came last year and people have liked it a lot. It is a roadster version of the Himalayan 450 and is easy to customize.
Royal Enfield is known for making changes to its motorcycles. But few will be able to change Guerrilla as much as Pepo has. This bike is difficult to identify after XTR treatment. A lot of structural changes have been made. First, the original swingarm was removed and the swingarm of the Aprilia RS660 was installed.
Pepo worked very wisely to apply it. For the rear suspension, they used an adjustable Nitron shock absorber and custom mounting points. The front also received a major upgrade, with the original forks being replaced by the Aprilia Falco 1000's upside-down items. These forks are held by specially made billet aluminum triple clamps.

Better braking power was also on the list of changes. Top-grade Disacciati parts are installed on the front side. It has sturdy calipers and floating rotors, which are driven by the same brand's premium master cylinder. At the back, a Brembo caliper now presses a drilled disc that is from NG Brakes. After this, new wheels are installed.
These wheels are from Dymag's catalog, have a three-spoke design and are 17 inches. Grippy continental tires are mounted on them. Forged alloy hoops significantly reduce the weight of the bike. The rear wheel rotates from the new sprockets and a 520 drive chain. After the handling was fine, Pepo focused on making the ergonomics sporty as well.
The cockpit has clip-on handlebars with domino grips. On the flanks of the bike are the CNC-machined rearsets of the Ducabike. There are also carbon fibre heel guards and a Brembo brake master cylinder on the right side.
The bike has completely changed in the cosmetic department. This is largely due to the bike's custom fiberglass attire. In the middle, we see a luxurious gas tank with translucent sections from which the fuel level can be easily seen. Above it is a flush-mounted billet filler cap. At the rear, there is a boxy tail section that rests on a custom-made tubular subframe.

The tail has a simple seat padding made by Pepo. A carbon fiber wheel hugger is present at the bottom. But the front part of the bike attracts attention first. That part has a snazzy cafe racer fairing on the custom mounting hardware. This fairing surrounds an offset LED headlight and perfectly matches the lines of the tank.
At the bottom, you'll see a handmade fender and a small belly pan that complete the bike's outfit. Talking about the powertrain, the single-cylinder engine of Guerrilla is unchanged from the inside. However, it has got new breathing equipment in the form of a carbon fibre airbox and a bespoke exhaust system. The plumbing is closed with a premium silencer that is made in collaboration with Spark.
Like the XTR Pepo's bikes, this bike also has an attractive livery that is the gift of Artenruta's paint experts. The frame was finished in red while a white base was applied to most of the bodywork components.
There are also attractive graphics on the various garments, done in multiple colours to catch people's attention when the bike passes by. After the completion of the transformation process, the bike weighed just 131 kg (289 lbs) with full tank gas. It's no surprise that Pepo says it's a lot of fun to drive.
